Cryostar produces and Linde services much of the cryogenic equipment necessary for transportation fueling. Cryostar's unique LNG refueling stations are equipped with a submerged pump that delivers a high accuracy flow. Refueling replicates a regular diesel dispenser and different nozzle types are available and ready to connect to a central payment system. Dispensers are equipped with a Coriolis flow meter to ensure high-precision weight measurement independent of natural gas density. Dispensers can be wall- or foot-mounted and are connected to the main pumping skid by vacuum-insulated lines to ensure minimal gas loss. By using a single fueling connector and hose, our unique vent-gases recovery system reduces CH4 emissions.
For LCNG, Cryostar offers a range of filling modules, both skid-mounted and engineered. All modules include:
Cryogenic pump, to be connected to the cryogenic vessel. The pump transfers to the vaporizing system at high pressure (up to 400 l/min @ 360 bar)
Ambient, forced or electric vaporizers to ensure the vaporization of LNG
Optional odorizing high-pressure unit (15-20 Mg/Nm3 of gas)
Buffer unit for fast fueling requirement (single-stage or cascade type)
